Wow, another year here and gone! It’s amazing how the older… ahem, more mature I get…the faster the years just roll on by. 2011 has been such a wonderful year for my family and I! Starting with the celebration of my 10 year wedding anniversary with that wonderful man of mine! Then there was that happiest most emotional day when my best friend delivered her beautiful baby boy Alex and turned her family of three into four, and who could forget when Simply Scratch was blog of the month on Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution? How. Cool. Is. That?! The icing on this cake {or year} of awesomeness was becoming a Tasty Kitchen contributor, to be among some of the best of the best on TK is truly an honor! Whatever’s next… BRING IT ON!!

I’m super excited for 2012 and all the possibilities that comes along with it. A two-year bloggerversary… a blog re-design, but most of all I’m excited for another whole year of delicious recipes! This weekend I’ll be ringing in the New Year with my friends in the ER, but before I go I wanted to share with you… the top “most viewed” and a few of my personal favorite recipes of 2011.
