Back when I started this blog, one of the first recipes was homemade lemon pepper. The recipe is still on here but it requires dehydrating lemon peels. And to be honest, I never make that recipe because it’s so involved and time consuming.

What I do make is this much much easier version.

To Make Homemade Lemon Pepper Seasoning You Will Need:

  • dried lemon peel
  • coarse black pepper
  • onion powder
  • kosher salt
  • garlic powder

In a glass jar or mixing bowl, combine 6 tablespoons dried lemon peel, 2 tablespoons coarse ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons kosher salt and 1-1/4 teaspoons garlic powder.

Stir to combine.

Store in a dry, dark place for up to 6 months or longer
