The Lewis’ Ginger Peach Whiskey Cocktail is simple and refreshingly delicious! Peach whiskey is poured over ice and topped with ginger ale. Tastes like summer in a glass.
That and those peach gummy rings.
Our close friends got me on this whole peach whiskey train. What started as a casual (small) gathering of grilling and playing corn hole or “bags” turned into our good friend Craig making his wife and I these same drinks pretty much all night long. I was instantly in love.
Sweet with the perfect peach flavor and subtle hint of ginger ale.
Typically I’m a rum and coke, gin and tonic (extra limes) or glass of wine kind of gal.
However this summer, I’m a peach whiskey fan.
To Make The Lewis’ Ginger Peach Whiskey Cocktail You Will Need:
- peach whiskey
- ginger ale
Any glass will do, you just may need to adjust amounts. The first night I had this it was out of a solo cup. However, for this post, I’m using a pretty standard rocks glass.
Fill to the top with ice.
Pour 1 (30 mL) shot of peach whiskey over the ice.
And then fill the remaining glass with ginger ale.
That’s it. It’s embarrassingly easy – which is also why I love it. Sip and enjoy!
