Is this Gin and Tonic Granita a boozy dessert or frozen adult beverage? Either way prepare to fall in love with this cool and refreshing icy treat!

Gin and tonic granita scraped one last time with a fork before serving.

Now you can have your gin and tonic and eat it too!

That’s right! I turned one of my favorite cocktails into a granita.

This isn’t the first time either, remember this sangria version? Same concept: combine your ingredients, add to a metal pan and freeze while periodically scraping with a fork. SO easy and the perfect after dinner treat.
