Favorite Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe
Favorite Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe is a quick and healthy way to start your day or post workout. Frozen banana, mango and pineapple are blended with fresh ginger, avocado, some milk and spinach.
- 3/4 cup pineapple frozen
- 1/2 cup mango frozen
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 2 ounces avocado about 1/2 of a small avocado
- 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger more or less to taste
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk of choice, I use unsweetened vanilla macadamia milk
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup water as needed
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, add water as necessary to help blend the ingredients.
