Ingredients
3/4cuppineapplefrozen
1/2cupmangofrozen
1/2bananafrozen
2ouncesavocadoabout 1/2 of a small avocado
1/2inch piecefresh gingermore or less to taste
3/4cuplow-fat milkof choice, I use unsweetened vanilla macadamia milk
2handfulsspinach
1/4 to 1/3cupwateras needed
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, add water as necessary to help blend the ingredients.
