Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1/2 cup mango frozen
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 2 ounces avocado about 1/2 of a small avocado
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger more or less to taste
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk of choice, I use unsweetened vanilla macadamia milk
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup water as needed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, add water as necessary to help blend the ingredients.
