Clusters of honey-almond-granola goodness. My favorite ways to enjoy this granola is to have it in a bowl with almond milk and sliced bananas or with vanilla kefir and fresh blueberries and strawberries. Yields 2 cups or 8 (1/4 cup) servings

Ingredients
coconut oil sprayfor greasing pan
1/4cuphoney
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
1/2teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1½cupsold fashioned rolled oats
1/2cupwhole wheat flour
1/3cupsliced almonds
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° and grease a small baking sheet with coconut oil or butter.
Stir together the honey, butter and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine; almonds, flour, oats, salt and stir.
Add honey mixture to the oat mixture and stir until combined.
Spread the oat mixture onto prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove, toss and place back into oven for 5-8 more minutes.
