A Cinnamon White Russian is a fun spin on a classic cocktail. RumChata, Kahlúah, vanilla vodka and a splash of cream is served over ice with a cinnamon sugar rim. This recipe will serve 2 but can easily be halved or doubled.

  • 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar or sugar in the raw
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ice
  • 4 ounces RumChata
  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 2 ounces Kahlúah coffee liqueur
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 2 cinnamon sticks


  • Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow plate.
  • Dip the rim of each glass in a shallow plate with the maple syrup, allow any excess drip off before dipping into the cinnamon sugar.
  • Fill the glasses full with ice.
  • Divide and pour in RumChata, vanilla vodka, kahlúah and half and half.
  • Swirl with a cinnamon stick, sip and enjoy!
