These Air Fryer Everything Bagels are made with greek yogurt (no yeast!) so they're healthy without sacrificing flavor. Studded with sunflower seeds and topped with homemade everything seasoning, these bagels are incredible! Yields 4 in about 45 minutes.
1cupunbleached all-purpose flourplus more for dusting work surface
2ΒΌteaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
2tablespoonssunflower seedsunsalted shelled
1cupplain nonfat greek yogurt
1eggbeaten
1splashwater

Instructions
In a bowl, measure and add the flour, baking powder, salt, onion and garlic powder. Whisk to combine.
Add in the sunflower seeds and stir.
Next, add in the greek yogurt, switch over to a rubber spatula and mix until combined. Shape into a ball and turn out onto a floured surface.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each piece in a little flour before rolling into a 10-inch rope.
Place a sheet of parchment onto a plate or rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle a little of the everything seasoning over top.
Place each bagel onto the seasoning and gently press. Reshaping the bagel if necessary.
Thoroughly beat the egg with a splash of water. Brush the tops and sides of the bagel with the egg wash before sprinkling with more everything seasoning.
Preheat your air fryer to 300β (or 150β). Depending on the size, you may need to work in batches. Air fry bagels for 12 to 15 minutes.
Allow to cool sligthly before slicing and toasting.
