FOR THE CAJUN SEASONING:
1teaspooncayenne peppermore or less depending on how spicy you prefer it
1tablespoongarlic powder
1tablespoononion powder
1½tablespoonspaprika
1½teaspoonsdried oregano
1½teaspoonsdried thyme
1½teaspoonsfreshly ground black pepper

Combine in an airtight container or small jar. Store in a cool dry place for 1 to 2 years.
