Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
These flourless chocolate chip cookies are incredible. Super easy to make and you won't even miss the flour! So tender and delicious!
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter all natural
- 1½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanuts chopped (optional)
Pre-heat your oven to 350° and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking mat.
Combine all ingredients.
Form cookie dough with about 1 heaping tablespoon.
Place them about 2 inches apart on your prepared pan.
Bake 12-14 minutes, rotating sheets half way through.
Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 2 to 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
