Irish Mule is a fun twist on a classic cocktail. Irish whiskey, fresh lime juice and Irish golden ginger ale is poured over ice and served with fresh mint and a dried (or fresh) lime slice. This recipe yields 2 but can easily be doubled to serve more.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 4 ounces Irish Whiskey
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 24 ounces Irish Golden Ginger Ale
  • fresh mint sprigs
  • dried or fresh lime slices

Instructions

  • Fill 2 copper mugs with ice. Pour 2 ounces of Irish whiskey and 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice into each mug as well. Lastly, top each mug with Irish ginger ale. Serve as is or garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and dried or fresh lime wedges.
