Drain the chickpeas into a colander and rinse under water. Tip the chickpeas out onto a clean kitchen towel. Gently pat dry and discard any of the chickpeas skins.
Add the chickpeas to the basket of your air fryer. Spray with olive oil spray and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
