1 tablespoons lime zest 1/4 cup lime juice 10 ounces tonic water 1/3 cup dry gin
Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour into a metal pan and freeze for 1 hour. Remove and fluff with a fork.
Place the pan back in the freezer for an additional hour. Scrape again with a fork.
Freeze over night or scoop into glasses and enjoy with a spoon.
