6 tablespoons dried lemon peel 2 tablespoons black pepper coarse freshly ground 2 teaspoons kosher salt 2 teaspoons onion powder 1¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Measure and add the lemon peel and spices into a jar or container with a tight fitting lid.
Store in a dark, dry place for up to 6 months or longer.
