4 large hass avocados 1 lime 2 small cloves garlic grated 1/3 cup diced white onion 1/3 cup cilantro leaves chopped 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Halve the avocados, remove the pit and use a large spoon to scrape out the flesh into a large mixing bowl.
Add the lime juice and garlic, and use a potato masher to smash the ingredients together until it reaches your preferred texture.
Fold in the onion, cilantro, pomegranate and salt.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
