Honey Poppy Seed Dressing

Sweet, slightly tangy and incredibly delicious and can be used on just about any salad! Yields 1-1/2 cups.Yields 1½ cups or 12 (2 tablespoon) servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise homemade or store-bought
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • tablespoons poppy seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl measure and add mayo, honey, vinegar, milk (see below) and poppy seeds and whisk thoroughly to combine.
    You can hold off adding the milk to see if you're happy with the consistency. Different types of mayonnaise can be thicker or thiner depending on the brand and type of mayo (vegan, light etc.).
  • Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Should last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
