Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • teaspoon sugar
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in an airtight container and store in a dry, dark place for up to 6 months.
  • You can also use a few tablespoons of this seasoning blend in replace of a store bought packets.
