Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons allspice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon ground clove
  • 1 tablespoon ground (green) cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano crushed between fingers

Instructions

  • In a clean jar or container with a tight fitting lid, measure and add spices and mix well to combine.
  • Store in a cool dry place for 1 year or longer.

Notes

Storing Homemade Spices:
When not using, store in a cool dry place for up to 1 year or possibly longer.
