  • 16 ounce salmon filet
  • tablespoons coconut aminos or low-sodium tamari or low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • olive oil spray

  • Cut filet into 4 portions.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, sriracha, toasted sesame oil, garlic powder and white pepper.
  • Brush on the top and sides of each piece of salmon. Let that sit and marinate while your air fryer preheats.
  • Preheat air fryer to 390° or 400° depending on make and model.
  • Work in batches if necessary, placing salmon on air fryer insert (I use parchment made specifically for the air fryer) lightly sprayed with olive oil spray. Mist the tops of the salmon with olive oil as well.
If using parchment paper, make sure it's meant for the air fryer and never preheat your air fryer with parchment paper inside.
  • Air fry for 7 to 9 minutes depending on the thickness of your salmon.
  • Salmon should be opaque and flake easily.
