  • 4 medium sweet potatoes


  • Preheat your oven to 400°.
  • Scrub your sweet potatoes and pat dry.
  • Roast 40 minutes to 1 hour or until fork tender.


  • Peel the sweet potato when the sweet potato is cool enough to handle.


  • Leave the skin on and add it to the blender or food processor. You might have to add some warm water to thin it out for a first food
