This Pineapple Salsa Recipe is fresh, sweet and has spicy kick! Fresh pineapple is tossed with red onion, jalapeño, cilantro and lime juice. Perfect served with tortilla chips or as a topping to pretty much anything grilled!

1 pound fresh pineapple diced small 1/2 red onion diced small 1 jalapeño seeded (for less heat) and diced small 1/4 cup cilantro chopped fresh, more or less to taste pinch of fine salt to taste 1/2 lime juiced
In a bowl combine; pineapple, onion, jalapeño and cilantro. Add a pinch of salt (to taste) and squeeze in the juice of 1/2 a lime.
Toss to combine and serve immediately.
