Ingredients
FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:
1 to 2pinchesfine salt
1tablespoonraspberry blush vinegar
2generous tablespoonsseedless raspberry jam
3tablespoonsroasted walnut oil
1/2teaspoonshallotgrated fresh
1/2teaspoongarlicgrated fresh
black pepperfreshly ground, to taste
FOR THE SALAD:
10ouncesspring mixroughly 2 and 1/2 ounces per person
Start by adding fine salt and vinegar to a jar. Measure and add in seedless raspberry jam, walnut oil, grated shallot and garlic. Lastly season with freshly ground black pepper to taste and whisk until incorporated.
TO MAKE THE SALAD:
Divide the spring mix among bowls and top with sliced strawberries, avocado, goat cheese, sliced grilled chicken and the candied pecans.
Drizzle with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the vinaigrette and season with more freshly ground black pepper.
