Vanilla Blood Orange Mimosas are just as stunning as they are delicious. A splash of Grand Marnier and chilled bubbly Prosecco is topped off with vanilla flavored blood orange juice for an impressive, warm and citrusy adult beverage!

  • 3 cups blood orange juice freshly squeezed
  • tablespoons vanilla extract
  • a few splashes Grand Marnier in each glass
  • 1 (750 mL) bottle prosecco
  • blood orange slices for garnish
  • fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs for garnish


  • Add the vanilla to the freshly squeezed blood orange juice, stir to combine.
  • To 8 ounce champagne glasses, add a splash of Grand Marnier, 2 to 3 ounces of prosecco and then top off with 4 ounces juice.
