Vanilla Blood Orange Mimosas are just as stunning as they are delicious. A splash of Grand Marnier and chilled bubbly Prosecco is topped off with vanilla flavored blood orange juice for an impressive, warm and citrusy adult beverage!

3 cups blood orange juice freshly squeezed 1½ tablespoons vanilla extract a few splashes Grand Marnier in each glass 750 mL prosecco blood orange slices for garnish fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs for garnish
Add the vanilla to the freshly squeezed blood orange juice, stir to combine.
To 8 ounce champagne glasses, add a splash of Grand Marnier, 2 to 3 ounces of prosecco and then top off with 4 ounces juice.
