Enjoy a Boozy Shamrock Shake this St. Patrick's Day! In this spiked shake, peppermint schnapps and Irish whiskey are blended with vanilla ice cream, served with a swirl of whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry on top! Recipe yields 2 to 4.

In your blender add; schnapps, whiskey, cream, food coloring, a splash of peppermint extract and vanilla ice cream.
Secure the lid and blend until thick, creamy and smooth.
Divide among glasses, top with whipped cream, sprikles and a cherry.
Notes
I used a high quality brand for this. You can make your own of course, but it just wasn't in the plans for me. With that said, a container of ice cream is 48 fludi ounces, which is 6 cups.
