A quick how to on making Whole Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Easy and my go-to method for perfectly cooked sweet potatoes. Serves 4 but can easily be doubled or cut in half.

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • olive oil spray or bottled

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉ (or 190℃) and scrub sweet potatoes. Pat dry and place on a rimmed, metal baking sheet.
  • Spray or toss potatoes with olive oil and massage it into the skin.
  • Once your oven is preheated, bake the sweet potatoes on the middle rack for 50 minutes or up to 1 hour and 15. This will depend on the size of your sweet potatoes.
  • Potatoes are done when a fork or knife pierces effortlessly.
