Ingredients
5large, not overly ripeavocadoshalved and pit removed
1mediumlimejuice
1/2mediumred onionfinely diced
2clovesgarlicminced
1/3cupcilantro leavesminced
kosher saltto taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add avocado halves, lime juice, red onion, garlic, cilantro and salt.
Use a potato masher to mash all the ingredients together. If you prefer a chunky gucamole, don't over mash.
