Ingredients

  • 1 gallon apple cider use 100% pure apple cider
  • 1 to 5 mulled spice sachets
  • cinnamon sticks
  • apples sliced, for garnish
  • orange slices, for garnish
  • lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

  • Start by pouring apple cider into a large stock or soup pot
  • Drop in a homemade mulling spice sachet and cover. Bring to a simmer on medium-high and then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes. The whole process should take about an hour give or take.
  • Remove the sachet and discard.
  • Ladle into mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks and slices of fresh fruit.
