Ingredients

  • 6 roma tomatoes seeded and diced small
  • 1 small white onion diced small
  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/3 cilantro minced
  • kosher salt to taste
  • 1/2 large lime juiced

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro and season with salt to taste.
  • Squeeze in the juice of a lime and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
