Serve this Restaurant Guacamole with chips and bring it to a party or family barbecue. Just be prepare for it to be gone in seconds. Also it makes for a great midnight snack. Self tested and self approved! Yields 3 cups or 12 (1/4 cup) servings.

Ingredients
3avocadospitted and diced
2roma romatoesseeds removed and diced small
2-3tablespoonsred oniondiced small
2tablespoonsfresh cilantrochopped
1limejuiced
1clovegarlicminced or pressed through a garlic press
1teaspoonsea salt
cholula hot sauceto taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, slightly mash the avocado pieces.
Then add the juice of one whole lime and a teaspoon of sea salt, and toss.
Next add the pressed {or minced} garlic, chopped roma tomatoes, red onion and cilantro. Toss gently.
Add desired amount of Cholula and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
For a spicier guacamole add some fresh or pickled jalapeno.
