Grilled Spicy Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 pinches kosher salt
  • 2 pinches red pepper flakes
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil

Instructions

  • Rinse and pat dry a bunch of asparagus.
  • Trim of the bottom inch (the tough parts) and toss them in a shallow bowl with salt, red pepper flakes, olive oil and add the juice of half a lemon.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high with your grill basket on the grates. Once hot, use tongs to transfer the asparagus to the smoking hot grill basket. Adjust the heat to medium and grill the asparagus until fork tender, but not too soft.
  • Use your tongs to transfer the grilled asparagus back to the shallow bowl and toss.
  • Serve warm.
