Homemade cinnamon sugar is easy! Delicious sprinkled over buttered toast, encrusting french toast or swirling in pancake muffins. The options are endless. This recipes yields 10 tablespoons.

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon


  • Add sugar and cinnamon to a bowl. Use a fork or small whisk to combine, breaking up any clumps.
  • Store in a glass jar or any container with a tight-fitting lid for a few months.


For a mild cinnamon sugar, try using 2 teaspoons cinnamon in replace of 2 tablespoons.
