Vanilla Bean Yogurt and Nectarine Parfait with Candied Nuts
In these vanilla bean yogurt nectarine parfaits have yogurt layered with nectarines and topped with candied nuts. A light and delicious treat!
- 4 (4 ounce) containers vanilla bean yogurt
- 2 nectarines diced
- 1/2 lemon juice, about 1 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- candied nuts
Add some of the nectarines to four glasses and top with a third of the vanilla bean yogurt.
Layer with fruit again, then the other third of the yogurt and repeat one more time.
Top with candied nuts and serve!
