Vanilla Bean Yogurt and Nectarine Parfait with Candied Nuts

In these vanilla bean yogurt nectarine parfaits have yogurt layered with nectarines and topped with candied nuts. A light and delicious treat!

  • 4 (4 ounce) containers vanilla bean yogurt
  • 2 nectarines diced
  • 1/2 lemon juice, about 1 tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • candied nuts


  • Combine the Nectarines with the lemon juice and sugar. Toss, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Parfait Assembly:

  • Add some of the nectarines to four glasses and top with a third of the vanilla bean yogurt.
  • Layer with fruit again, then the other third of the yogurt and repeat one more time.
  • Top with candied nuts and serve!
