Ingredients
olive oil spray
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/4teaspoonground cinnamon
1/8teaspoonground nutmeg
1egg white
8ounceswalnuts
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 250° and spray a rimmed baking sheet.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Whisk to combine.
In a seaport bowl,t whisk the egg whites with a splash of water until foamy. Add in the walnuts and toss to coat.
Next add the coated walnuts to the sugar mixture, tossing well to combine.
Spread evenly onto the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
