Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches or 3 cups if omitting ice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup chopped medjool dates
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions

  • Add the ice, peach slices, chopped dates, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla and cardamom to a blender.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Insert straw and enjoy! ;)
