2scoopsChocolate Protein Powder(I'm using Bob's Red Mill)
1tablespoonnatural cocoa powder
1½cupstoasted coconut almond milkor milk of your choice
FOR THE STRAWBERRY AÇAÍ SMOOTHIE:
1pouch Sambazon Açaí original blend
1/4cuppomegranate juice
6largestrawberries
1mediumbanana
Instructions
FOR THE CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING:
Place the chia seeds into a medium bowl. Add in maple syrup, protein powder and cocoa powder. Whisk while pouring in the almond milk. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Once thick, puree in a high speed blender until smooth. Divide into cups and place in your refrigerator.
Rinse your blender out well.
FOR THE STRAWBERRY AÇAÍ SMOOTHIE:
Place the açaí pouch, juice, strawberries and banana into your high speed blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour the smoothie mixture on top of the chia pudding and sprinkle with toasted coconut, cacao nibs and sliced strawberries and/or bananas, granola or more chia seeds.
