Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ground cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground clove
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Combine spices in a small dish.
  • Heat a small skillet over medium-low and add in spice blend. Stir and toast for 5 to 6 minutes until very fragrant. Transfer back to bowl and cool before storing in an airtight container for 2 to 3 months.
