Homemade Apple Pie Spice

  • 1 heaping tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 3/4 teaspoon allspice


  • Combine in an airtight container or small jar.
  • Store in a cool dry place for 1 to 2 years.
