Whether it be Mother's Day, your wedding day, a brunch with friends or Wednesday, there's never a wrong time to sip a classic mimosa! Bubbly prosecco, a splash of Grand Marnier then topped off with fresh orange juice and finished off with a twist of orange peel.

Ingredients

  • 1 splash grand marnier
  • 2 ounces prosecco chilled
  • 6 ounces orange juice chilled
  • orange peel for garnish

Instructions

  • Per one 8 (fluid) ounce champagne glass: 1 splash Grand Marnier, 2 ounces prosecco and then top off each glass with fresh orange juice.
  • Garnish with freshly peeled orange rind.
