15 ounces canned chickpeas rinsed, drained and patted dry 1 tablespoon light olive oil 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat your oven to 400℉ (or 200℃).
Toss chickpeas with olive oil and salt and roast for 40 minutes, rotating the pan halfway during roasting.
