Today I have a simple step-by-step post on how to roast chickpeas! All you need is just a few ingredients and a hot oven in order to get crispy and crunchy roasted chickpeas!

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces canned chickpeas rinsed, drained and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon light olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400℉ (or 200℃).
  • Toss chickpeas with olive oil and salt and roast for 40 minutes, rotating the pan halfway during roasting.
