How To Roast Chickpeas
Today I have a simple step-by-step post on how to roast chickpeas! All you need is just a few ingredients and a hot oven in order to get crispy and crunchy roasted chickpeas!
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans rinsed, drained and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon light olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Toss chickpeas with olive oil and salt and roast for 40 minutes, rotating the pan halfway during roasting.
