Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

My fellow cilantro lovers are going to LOVE this light and creamy cilantro lime dressing. Fresh cilantro is blended with fresh garlic, green onion, honey and Greek yogurt until lusciously creamy! Pour it on your favorite salad for bright and herbaceous flavor!

  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 to 2 cloves peeled garlic roughly chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced (light and dark green part)
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil


  • Add the cilantro, garlic, green onions, salt, honey, lime zest, juice, cider vinegar and greek yogurt into your blender or food processor. Cover and pulse until chopped.
  • Remove the center plug (if using a blender) and cover with a towel. With the motor running, slowly pour in the olive oil and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
