Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons allspice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground clove
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon paprika regular or smoked
  • 2 teaspoons oregano crushed between fingers
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric

Instructions

  • Measure and add spices to a clean jar or container with a tight fitting lid.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Store the spice blend in a cool, dry spot for up to 6 months.
