2 tablespoons allspice 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon ground white pepper 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon ground clove 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg 1 tablespoon ground cardamom 1 tablespoon ground cumin 2 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 1 teaspoon paprika regular or smoked 2 teaspoons oregano crushed between fingers 2 teaspoons turmeric
Measure and add spices to a clean jar or container with a tight fitting lid.
Stir well to combine.
Store the spice blend in a cool, dry spot for up to 6 months.
