Creamy Cashew Dressing

Take your salad, veggie-loaded buddha bowl or roasted veggie game up a notch with this easy, creamy cashew dressing. With only 5 ingredients, you can have a flavorful dressing in minutes. Makes about 1/2 cup in 5 minutes.

  • 1/4 cup creamy cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • kosher salt to taste
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons warm water


  • In a medium bowl add the cashew butter, lime juice, garlic, olive oil and season with salt to taste.
  • Thin out with desired amount of warm water to your preferred consistency. Refrigerate leftovers in an air-tight container.
  • Feel free to zap the dressing in the microwave to thin it out more, if desired.
