Ingredients

  • tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 clove garlic about 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1/2 lemon juiced, about 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt more or less to taste
  • hot water 1 to 3 tablespoons, to thin dressing

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or glass jar, whisk together the tahini, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
  • Pour in a little hot water until thinned out to a desired consistency.
