Place the ciabatta slices onto a rimmed, metal baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce on to each slice. Top with the grated fontina and top with cooked crumbled sausage, bacon pieces, chopped pepperoni and ham.
Nestle the mozzarella into the toppings and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Slip the pan onto the middle rack of your preheated oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the meat is crispy in spots.
Top with red pepper flakes and minced parsley (if desired) before serving.
