2 tablespoons dried rosemary medium 1 tablespoon dried basil 1 tablespoon dried thyme 2 teaspoons dried marjoram 2 teaspoons onion powder 1½ teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon fennel seeds crushed
Pace whole fennel seeds in a mortar and use a pestle to crush.
Combine all of the dried herbs and spices in an airtight container or small jar. Whisk or use a fork to combine.
Store in a cool dry place for 1 to 2 years.
