This Pineapple Salsa Recipe is fresh, sweet and has spicy kick! Fresh pineapple is tossed with red onion, jalapeño, cilantro and lime juice. Perfect served with tortilla chips or as a topping to pretty much anything grilled! Recipe yields 3½ cups or about 7 (½-cup) servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh pineapple diced small
  • 1/2 red onion diced small
  • 1 jalapeño seeded (for less heat) and diced small
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped fresh, more or less to taste
  • 1 pinch of fine salt to taste
  • 1/2 lime juiced

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine; pineapple, onion, jalapeño and cilantro. Add a pinch of salt (to taste) and squeeze in the juice of 1/2 a lime.
  • Toss to combine and serve immediately.
