Free up stovetop and oven space by making this Air-Fryer Brussels Sprouts recipe! Brussels sprouts are tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper and air fried until crispy. Serve with parmesan cheese and chopped fresh oregano. Serves 6 in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • pounds brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • teaspoons olive oil extra light
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper freshly ground, to taste
  • 1 tablespoons parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • oregano or parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400℉ (or 200℃).
  • In a medium bowl, toss together the brussels sprouts, oil, a couple pinches of kosher salt and afew turns of black pepper.
  • Once your air fryer is preheated, toss in the brussels and air-fry for 4 minutes. Shake and fry for another 4 minutes. Repeat one more time for 2 to 4 minutes or until the sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
  • Tip out the crispy brussels sprouts into a serving dish and top with parmesan cheese and minced fresh oregano or parsley.
