Dessert doesn't get any easier than this Skillet S'mores Dip! A warm cast iron skillet is butter, layered with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows before heading into a hot oven to get toasty. Serve with graham crackers and glasses of cold milk!
On your stovetop, heat a 10-inch skillet on low. When warm, add in the butter and once melted, use a pastry brush to coat the sides and bottom of the skillet.
Turn off the heat, add the chocolate chips and top with the marshmallows in a thin layer.
Bake on the middle rack of your preheated oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until the tops of the marshmallows is golden brown.
Carefully transfer the skillet to a trivet (the pan will be hot!) and serve warm with graham crackers.
