In this Quick Pico de Gallo, fresh tomatoes is combined with onions, garlic, jalapeño, cilantro with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. The perfect topping to your tacos or as a fresh salsa for your tortilla chips.

6 roma tomatoes seeded and diced small 1 small white onion diced small 1 medium jalapeño seeded and finely diced 1 clove garlic minced 1/3 cilantro minced kosher salt to taste 1/2 large lime juiced
In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro and season with salt to taste.
Squeeze in the juice of a lime and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
